Deep-tissue massage, using little or no oil or lotion, targeting the layers of connective tissue surrounding the muscle fibers.

Prenatal Massage
Relief from 2nd and 3rd trimester aches and pains, utilizing side-lying positioning with bolsters and support-pillows.
Light to medium pressure only.
